Transitioning to Searstone Retirement Community in Cary, Morgan served as marketing director, successfully navigating regulatory and financial hurdles. She played a pivotal role in maintaining resident trust during construction, with over 70% of original depositors transitioning to the community upon opening.

After stabilizing Searstone's occupancy, Morgan assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing at Retirement Living Associates, overseeing sales and marketing efforts for CCRCs in various development phases. She later became Vice President of Marketing at Greenbrier Development, leading sales and marketing for CCRCs and independent living communities along the East Coast.

In 2021, with a desire to focus on Assisted Living and Memory Care, Morgan returned to Sunrise Senior Living as Vice President of New Development. In late 2023, Morgan launched Lauren Rose Senior Advisors to help drive the performance of communities throughout the US and Canada. Morgan's success lies in implementing Vision, a customer-centered sales training program focused on selling the intangible and proven to achieve positive growth for senior living communities and businesses.
