Introducing Leigh Roach

Lauren Rose Senior Advisors is happy to announce our newest team member, Leigh Roach! Leigh will be joining the LRSA team as Sales Leader, supporting the team at Harbor’s Edge Senior Living Community in Norfolk, VA. 

Leigh has been working in senior living since 2001 and has been involved in the success of some of the top continuing care retirement communities in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Her journey started at Glenaire in Cary, NC, where she began as a marketing assistant helping prospects navigate their move into a CCRC. 

From there, Leigh continued to work with CCRCs to help seniors find the right place to call home. She has worked as a Sales Consultant at The Forest at Duke in Durham and Grace Ridge Retirement Community, Marketing Director at SearStone Retirement Community, and Senior Real Estate Specialist for the local market in NC. 

Leigh is also heavily involved in her local community, once serving as a YMCA Advisory Board Member, and continuing to manage visitor outreach and coordinating volunteer efforts for Good Hope Church to ensure newcomers feel welcomed and valued.

When she’s not working or volunteering her time to her community, she is often spending time with her husband, Andy, and their sweet rescue pup, a lab-husky named Piper. Leigh and Andy are enjoying the empty-nester life now that their kids are all grown up and out of the house. They make the most of their free time by playing pickleball, fishing, and spending quality family time at the lake.
