LRSA at The Life Plan Marketing Summit
Last Month, our team had a great time learning and growing at The Life Plan Marketing Summit alongside industry giants, Good Brand, SENIOROI, myLifeSite, The Vectre, Senior Living Smart, and more.
The Lauren Rose Senior Advisors team, headed by Morgan Lamphere, presented on overcoming the “I’m not ready yet” obstacle along with “Optimizing your Database.” Special thanks to Kathy Foster and Cindie Banning for their support on these presentations and to co-presenter, Joe Anderson, president of the Lutheran Life Services Foundation.
Our “I’m not ready yet” presentation focused on how to address the common obstacle many seniors face when considering a move to a Life Plan Community. While they feel the move is a matter of when, not if, they can’t see when that move will happen because they don’t feel ready to make the change. Morgan talked about how sales professionals can dig into this obstacle and face it on a more personal level by learning about the customer and where they might be in their decision-making process.
