Consistent leadership was crucial for sales and marketing at a unique CCRC in Cary, NC. Despite the tough financial and regulatory climate, the team developed a series of educational sessions for prospective residents to gain a better understand the financial contract of the community. This helped to secure new deposits as the community was being built. The community achieved 75% occupancy in its first year.

Morgan came back to the community when it was time to expand and rebrand. With the help of the key stakeholders, rebranding was completed. Additionally, a series of events and activities were launched to re-introduce the community to the market. The expansion is set to open in early 2024 with 98% reservations.
