As a leader of the New Development team for one of the largest senior living providers in the country, Morgan helped to hone her team’s ability to deeply understand a market and to craft an individual sales and marketing strategy to reach the goal of pre-leasing the community to 50% occupancy on opening day. Additionally, the team established the right plan for move-in success to ensure the residents, families, and team members had a strong start to their new chapter.

One key to success was a specialized training program for new development, which was provided the team with the tools to overcome “I’m not ready yet” obstacles, and better paint the picture of the future community.
