Congratulations to the team at Legacy Midtown Park

We’d like to extend our congratulations to the team at Legacy Midtown Park for the recent refinancing through leading financing through full-service investment firm, HJ Sims, to provide a stable, fixed-rate debt service. Recently, with the sales and marketing leadership of Lauren Rose Senior Advisors, The Legacy at Midtown Park has also seen great occupancy success, growing occupancy to reach 89.7% to end the 2025 fiscal year.

Some of the tactics our team used to help grow occupancy included a robust events program centered around helping prospects experience life at the community alongside current residents. We did this with resident panel events, an Italian-themed Cinema al Fresco event, a Fire and Ice summer event, and an Art in Bloom event.

The resident panel events allowed prospective residents to hear about life at the community directly from current residents. Not only was it an informative event, prospects got to know residents, potentially soon-to-be friends and neighbors.

One prospect inquired of a resident, “How do you express your faith in a Jewish community?”

The resident answered, “Whether you’re Jewish or not, you have multiple opportunities to express and celebrate your spirituality. The residents are able to attend Shabbat services weekly, and other religious celebrations like Christmas tree trimming parties happen in December. God is truly everywhere.”

The Art in Bloom event celebrated the artistic talents of residents alongside the impressive artwork collection at Legacy Midtown Park. Residents and team members added a fresh twist on their permanent collection, using the paintings and sculptures in the community as inspiration for stunning floral creations. Residents had the opportunity to share more about their inspiration in person with prospects as they toured the community. One highlight was resident Henrietta Harris sharing her interpretation of George Tobolosky’s Menorah sculpture and how it ties to the kinara, a seven-branched candle holder used to celebrate Kwanzaa.

Along with these special events our team, led by Anne Moses, provided weekly sales support and strategy on hot and warm leads, guiding the team to find success through consistent creative follow up.

Congratulations again to the team for their recent successes!
