Turning the Page to Anne Moses

After two incredible years leading Lauren Rose Senior Advisors, it’s bittersweet to announce this transition. I founded LRSA to provide sales and marketing leadership for Life Plan Communities — helping them better serve the residents who call them home.

Named after my mother, Lauren Rose, LRSA has always been personal. My passion for senior living began in the late 1980s, when my grandmother moved into nursing care. Those Sunday drives with my mom sparked conversations about what great senior living could be. Decades later, as we helped my mom transition to memory support, that early curiosity became a calling.

Since its inception, LRSA has partnered with more than 20 senior living and care organizations — including Harbor’s Edge, Holy Cross Village, The Legacy Senior Communities, Sunnyside Retirement Village, Springpoint Senior Living, and ACTS Retirement — providing fractional CMO leadership, sales strategy, mystery shopping, and market analysis.

While I’m proud of what LRSA has achieved, it’s time for a new chapter. I’ll be joining The Kendal Corporation full-time to lead sales and marketing — continuing the work I love in a broader capacity.

To ensure our clients remain well supported, I’m thrilled to share that Anne Moses, President of LVista Consulting, will be taking the lead. Anne, a trusted partner since July and a respected industry veteran, brings deep experience and genuine care to every engagement. There is no one I’d trust more to continue LRSA’s mission.
