Introducing Kathy Foster
The Lauren Rose Senior Advisors team is happy to be growing and expanding as we take on more projects and clients! To keep up, we’ve recently expanded our team, working in collaboration with Kathy Foster and Cindie Burgazzoli. Today, we’d like to introduce Kathy Foster.
Kathy Foster brings more than 23 years of sales & marketing experience, leading sales and marketing teams for Life Plan communities in the Southeast as well as Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Kathy most recently served as the Director of Marketing & Transitions for Deerfield Retirement in Asheville, NC. She is supporting LRSA with database analytics and sales support. Kathy’s expertise includes sales training and relationship development, emphasizing interdepartmental relationships and collaboration. She is also available to support clients by enhancing sales conversion and improving occupancy through tailored approaches and consistent, meaningful communication.
Kathy lives in Morganton, NC with her husband and 7 rescue horses, and 1 rescue donkey. In addition to her passion for helping senior living communities thrive, Kathy also enjoys writing, having published a poetry collection and a book of prose.
Through Kathy’s assistance with remote database analytics, LRSA is able to offer clients in-depth, data-driven sales advice. Bringing a big-picture perspective, Kathy supports both senior living professionals and the seniors themselves.
