Introducing Cindie Burgazzoli

The Lauren Rose Senior Advisors team is happy to be growing and expanding as we take on more projects and clients! To keep up, we’ve recently expanded our team, working in collaboration with Kathy Foster and Cindie Burgazzoli. This week, we’d like to introduce Cindie Burgazzoli! Cindie Burgazzoli has joined the LRSA team as a Sales Specialist and brings more than 15 years of experience supporting for-profit rental communities with occupancy growth. 

Cindie most recently served as the Area Manager of Sales for the Sunrise Senior Living New Development team. In that role, Cindie was responsible for sales training for teams supporting new construction and expansion efforts. 

Cindie started her career in Resident Life Enrichment and uses those original skills to build successful tour strategies for new customers coming to visit a senior living community. In Cindie’s role, she will be available for fill-in sales needs as well as sales training and mentorship for new team members. Cindie is based in Arlington, VA, but loves traveling to visit with family and friends all over the East Coast. 

A valuable addition to the LRSA team, Cindie travels to provide on-site support and fill a sales set when needed. We’re so glad Cindie is joining our team and can’t wait to work with her to help senior living communities thrive!
